BA documentation needed plus anything else

starting to do my usual pre-travel panic !!

I’ve got a flight from Manchester to Heathrow, Heathrow to Chicago on Mon 28th.
I have a covid kit turning up with a video supervision planned for Sunday afternoon.

Do I need to upload these results anywhere? and what about any other documentation needed by the USA or British airways?

You’ll get an email a couple of days before asking you to either upload the test result and vaccine status and the US declaration via MMB or asked to do it via verify
