Forums Frequent flyer programs British Airways Club BA e vouchers in my e mails but not on executive club account

I have retained these in my e mails, but have noticed in some posts that they can be held on my executive club account. Can anyone advise how this can be done?

Have you tried going into “Manage my account” then “my evouchers” at the bottom of the page?

Thanks for this, i checked and only my companion voucher is on there, no evouchers on there at all. Is it worthwhile contacting them for them to upload the ones they’ve e mailed me?

Were they definitely evouchers as opposed to FTVs (cash only)? Also, what do they relate to? I had cash only vouchers from BA Holidays which only ever appeared in emails, I don’t know exactly how it worked with flight-only bookings.

The vouchers that appear in MMB are the 2-4-1s and so I have been previously informed for example a BA customer service compensation voucher.

The likes of FTVs and e- vouchers relating to BWC don’t so you need to keep a record of them yourself.

Now late last year BA did send out a “don’t forget you have these e-vouchers” email which was useful . I wish they’d send us an updated version.

Thanks guys. They were definitely e vouchers, I printed hard copies in addition to keeping the e mails. They were from an offer flagged on this site relating to making flight purchases with Avios at a reduced rate, then receiving the full monetary value upon cancellation. There’s e vouchers valued at over £500 sitting there at the moment. I guess I’ll just keep a note of the expiry and retain the evidence.
