BA eVoucher – can anyone use?

Just got a BA eVoucher after requesting it online (took mere minutes so bravo to BA for fixing that).

Question: can anyone use this voucher? By that I mean, can my Dad from his own BA account enter the code and use the money towards a flight? (or do I need to do the booking to the name of a 3rd person from my account/email?

Yes, from my experience it can be used by anyone, as long as they know all the details.
