Anyone know this answer of the top of their head?
BA have moved a mid June flight (same flight number) from 7pm to 8am. It’s a Gatwick flight and that’s just rudely early. Can I just get a refund and go easyjet.
It’s +14 days in the future.
Thanks in advance
Airlines have policies regarding this, and I think BA’s is 4 or 5 hours difference between the 2 times so it sounds like you’d be ok to get a refund – have you checked your options in MMB as it may just offer this so you don’t have to call?
My only caution would be to double check that this applies to flights moved to an earlier departure rather than a later one.
You’ve two options – a free change to another BA flight +/- 2 days (including LHR or LCY if that’s useful) or a full refund as it’s more than 4hrs difference
Is it still the same flight number? This sounds more like a cancellation and consolidation onto a different flight.
