BA Holidays Contact Numbers

Hi,

I cannot track it down in the BA threads but what is the best number apart from the 7p a minute 0344 493 0787 to try and speak to the Holiday team.

I want to book a holiday for travel in next 3 weeks, have a FTV and want to use it.

Has anybody had experience of paying fully upfront and getting the money refunded on their credit card and if so how long did it take them to refund.

Yes works fine doing it that way.

I think it took a week or so for the refund to hit my card when I did it.

TBH I find it much easier to do the initial booking myself and then email BA hols re using the voucher.

Less likely to be any mistakes in either the agent or you mishearing and making a mistake

Got through to BA on the 0800727800 number at about 8.30am this morning.

They put me through to BA Holidays Sales, and it took some back and forth with them as they sent me a screenshot of my planned travel for me to reply and approve, and then they put me through to a supervisor to take payment for the balance.

In all it took about 35 minutes.

I have had worse experiences with BA
