BA Premium Plus Amex pro rata refund

Sorry a little confused and can’t find the answer, did Amex stop the pro rata refund on the BA Amex?

Not yet. They announced it’ll be stopped, but have put that on hold.

Data point – I downgraded last week, and the pro-rata refund was credited automatically (I had presumed I would have to chase it…)

Cancelled Platinum card and am now on my 3rd request for pro rata refund. Response the usual up to 10 days.
