Looking to open the avios prepaid card for an upcoming trip to Europe, and I had some questions
1. Can you still recieve the SUB if you split the spending across currencies (I.e: GBP & EUR) or does it have to be in one currency?
2. How long do you need to wait to receive the SUB?
3. Unrelated to the prepaid card, can you switch payment method on the AVIOS monthly subscription?
Because I am thinking of using the (prepaid) card for the free 6 months period, before switching over to my main account and closing the card
All spending has to be done in one currency. I was told otherwise by live chat but as many others have commented clearly they don’t always know what they’re talking about. I personally spent over £500 split between GBP and EUR and haven’t received any bonus.
