BA reward flight finder not working ? App has gone from mobile

Searching today for all year Avios – BA Business

Was searching LHR Tampa in business was showing for 1 passenger return Shows loads of outbound on full year search on the BA Reward Flight finder for every month but no returns for any month – BUT if you turn around the search and search Tampa to LHR return in business for 1 passenger it show loads of availability FROM Tampa for every month ….This system is totally screwed up surely ? It must causes huge amounts of work in the call centre’s and P off customers like me…its not fit for purpose. Very irritationg.Yes I can call Gold line and wait to check but really ?

ps The ability to search for Reward Flights has completely disappeared from the mobile App this morning too ? This is on my mobile and my wife’s ….

We logged out of mobile app – and it has reappeared – this is the first time we have had to do this – BA gremlins again….Issues with availability, confusion,false availability on their Reward Flight Finder continue…………
