    Booked a club world reward flight using a companion voucher. Flights were cancelled in December and no way to change to a new flight or get through on the phone. Eventually accepted the refund and rebooked with another voucher.

    It’s been two months now and still no refund. Email a month ago apologising for delay due to ‘A system issue affecting a small number of customers’ and on Twitter they’re saying due to the pandemic…

    How long are other people waiting for refund? Was hoping to use the expiring voucher ASAP but not looking likely now… any tips on what to do/who to contact would be much appreciated!

    Are you sure you accepted a full refund and not a Future Travel Voucher? Full refunds rarely possible online.

    Yes it was a refund. Don’t have any future travel vouchers and the latest email talks about money being returned to account once the refund is processed.

    Have you not had the avios or cash? You can carry on prodding BA but I had this last year and eventually opened a dispute with Amex for the surcharges and they paid up straight away.
