BA reward flight multi-city

I am new to this platform.

There should be answers before but I would still like to ask how to book multi-city reward flights. I only can see the one way and return options on BA website, and sometimes there are stopover options transferring through London if I fly from Europe, not a manual stopover option. Is calling them the only option to book multi-city reward flights?
