I was informed this morning around 9:55am that due to operational reasons they have had to change the seats for my July booking.
They have then sent me this same email another 44 times since (as at 5:16pm)!
Is anyone else having the same issue of BA spamming them today?
I received a total of 54 emails with exactly the same content yesterday.
So far, I have not had any today…
Something odd perhaps in the seating algorithm. We fly back from Verona this evening, having had 2D and 2F reserved for 6 months. Checked in online yesterday, and had been changed to 5D and 5F, unable to change or download boarding pass. Looking at the app this morning we’re now in 2A and 2D. We’ll see what happens at the airport…
