BA Shopping contact details to query missing Avios (as form broken)

Does anyone have contact details I can use to query missing Avios from transactions on BA Shopping?
I have circa 5,000 Avios outstanding on two Booking.com UK transactions.
They’re stuck in ‘Pending’. I booked over a year ago, and completed the stay six months ago, so am well within the time this should have been completed.
I’m unable to report it via the Missing Avios form. The form won’t allow me to select any of the Booking.com transactions, on multiple browsers (other retailers seem to be fine). I tried emailing support@gate365.zendesk.com after finding another thread on here, but no joy.
Any help gratefully received!

Same goes for 2 Hilton Stays , both stuck in pending and can’t select it on the form
I don’t think Hilton are an actual partner on the e-store now, and so just assumed they will probably stay pending for ever, so might need check that with booking.com on the estore
They have moved platforms and I think possibly management to the Collinson Group.
New email being used for claims is: cs.baec-aviosstore@collinsongroup.com

Collinson sent me a case number back in November, but despite following up, nothing since then.
I’m going to try and contact Collinson via another route, but I’ve accepted I may have reached the end of the road.
Frustrating, but it sounds like it’s a common experience with BA Shopping.
Surprisingly yesterday several pending Hilton stays got credited. Unlike some I’ve never had any Hilton avios clawed back

I’ve escalated these occurrences up to Adam Daniels IAG Loyalty office before with great success if that helps.

I did, I emailed him directly, however as you would expect, this was answered and dealt with on his behalf by his customer relations team via customerrelations@avios.com.
