BA1469 cancelled this morning

Hello
Last night at 10pm I received a text telling me my flight this morning from INV to LHR was cancelled. I am wondering if anyone is able to help me and tell me the reason for the cancellation. They offered a new one tomorrow but I need to be back in London today and I now have to get a train to Edinburgh to get a flight. Any information greatly appreciate. Frankie

Could be the flight up last night was cancelled so no plane on tarmac this morning for the usual 0700 or thereabouts. No idea of reason if that’s the case. It’s so bloody annoying.
