Hello,
BA5 is currently operated by a 787 (surely old club world seat).
Flights in the future (March 2024) appear as being operated by a 777 with Club Suite.
How certain can we be they won’t change the equipment? (Maybe a question for those monitoring this route as I know is a rewards favourite)
Thank you!
I wouldn’t chose a flight based on what plane is scheduled now to operate it.
Chose based on the schedule that best meets your need.
I totally agree on that way of thinking, only that this is a 14hr flight so having the Club Suite could make quite a difference (it is also a flight where you need to be sleeping most of the time)
A B777 headache for 14hours is to be avoided.
I moved my flights (for November and February) from BA7/8 to 5/6 when they moved the latter to 777s – the schedule changed a few months ago. Yes, the dry air will be annoying but the benefit of the Club Suite versus the old Club World product should more than outweigh it.
