Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone else has had issues or is it only with my account. I have been trying to access Manage My Booking from the App and Desktop website for a couple of hours getting the same error (we’re sorry, but ba.con is very busy at the moment…), same when I just try to log in my BAEC account.
Anyone else?
Yep, likewise. Really surprising as BA IT is normally so robust…
I can’t get on the BA website at all. On laptop, iPad or phone.
Just got on the website but have a message
“ We’re improving the Executive Club.
Temporarily unavailable while we make some planned improvements “
BA is having yet another IT meltdown today. Currently sitting on board a flight at LHR waiting to depart and the captain just announced a delay due to some sort of “computer issue”
Snap. Trying to check in for our SINLHR flight tomorrow and it’s stating, “… this section of the site is temporarily unavailable.”.
Same problem. I went on Twitter to check if others were reporting it but fell down a rabbithole of reading misguided comments on Rachel Reeves ‘first class’ flight.
are people still having issues? can get on the site but can’t check in…same on the website and app
A lot of BA’s IT has been down, most short haul flights at LHR were cancelled this afternoon…
Entire BA website down for me with “Error 403 – You don’t have enough permissions to proceed further”.
App not working either “Last updated 10 hours ago”.
