Last night I tried to balance boost 100,000 Avios at 3 x using my BAPP. I clicked to pay and BA.com just hung, although I did get a Safekey code from Amex but I wasn’t able to enter it on-line.
This morning when I went to try the transaction again, the Avios had disappeared from my Balance Booster schedule. They haven’t turned up in my Avios account, and Amex aren’t showing the transaction either.
Anyone else had this problem? Any suggestion about how to deal with this Obviously keen to sort this out while the special offer is running

Just to add that multiple posters on Flyeralk are reporting the same problem. They surmise the offer was pulled in error 24 hours early (midnight on 12 Jan) rather than midnight on 13 Jan. I just saved the screen shot showing still 18 hours to go. Hopefully BA IT can resolve this in the coming hours
Same here. I just tried to boost but all my last year’s transactions have indeed vanished.
The countdown clock still shows the offer finishing at midnight tonight – will try again later in the hope the IT error has been fixed.
Same here, only showing last 30 days transactions for me now, rather than the whole year’s worth. I hope they fix and extend the offer as I could do with these cheap Avios.
Exactly the same for me. Was planning on boosting 100000 x3 but can only see December transactions now. Hoping BA will fix it?
I’ve had the same problem. Went in yesterday and all of my 2023 transactions were there, today – only the last 30 days. However there seemed to be another glitch. The reason I didn’t boost yesterday was when I clicked on x3, it was giving me worse value than x2 so thought I’d wait and see if it was fixed today. Sadly, seems to have got worse!
I wouldn’t hold out much hope of it getting fixed. Checked mine yesterday with intention of doing 3x today. As with the rest of you, I can now only see last 30 days’ transactions.
I’ve filled in the ‘contact us’ form, but if the response is anything like previous interactions with them (which is promised in 15 days – which, I suppose, is marginally better than BA), we’ll be keeping our money.
Hi I just tried myself and only my transactions for the past month appear. Appears to be broken.
I wonder if they had a monetary limit on it, and it’s been reached, from what I have read on here and FT it seems to have been very popular. ? Although I would have thought it was all money in the bank for AVIOS group, so that wouldn’t really make sense.

I did the same at approx. that time and it worked fine, also wasn’t prepared to do the lot. Especially as I am not sure where I will get value from them. My plans are currently as vague as a long haul destination somewhere.
Just had a look at mine, too. Confirm it is working for me now.
Like other members – it stopped working on 13 January before the midnight deadline, and yet the banner and text on the page is still running – so they’ve broken their own terms and conditions, by having an offer that you cannot fulfil.
Same for me – I looked last night and it was fine but thought “oh i’ll just do the transaction tomorrow when I have more time”. Big mistake from the looks of it!! 🙁
How likely is it BA will re-open the offer? As someone else mentioned, it would be strange to have a hard limit on offer take-up as its all extra cash on the books for them surely?

A few days ago it offered more to boost including some I had previously boosted. Perhaps this tech error caused them to take down the enhanced offer until this was fixed which it now seems to be

Now working for me also – what a relief! just boosted 99,985 Avios x 3 which I hope to use to book SIN/SYD with BAPP Companion Voucher at -355 when availability opens up the next few weeks
Yay! SO pleased it’s working again – phew! Just boosted ready for booking LHR to Tokyo with Companion Voucher 🙂

I have no idea what the offer is, but Mr Nitpicker has to say that the OP posted at 0517 GMT on the 13th. Some 5 hours after midnight on the 13th.
