Hi,
Sorry if this is a silly question and probably the answer is no because its a 2-for-1 voucher, but is it possible to use the voucher to book 2 companions 1 way, rather than a return flight for 1 companion?
The reason I ask is because my wife and I, plus our 2 year old are planning a trip next year, but my wife and daughter will go first, and I will join them on a later date, and we all will fly back together. I therefore couldn’t use the voucher for one of their outbounds as I would not be flying that date.
TIA
No, but instead of 241 you can get your single ticket as a 50% off. All explained here:
https://www.headforpoints.com/2022/06/27/how-do-british-airways-american-express-241-vouchers-work/
“The BA Amex cardholder MUST be one of the two travellers”
“From June 2022, companion vouchers have also been usable by people without a travel companion.
You can book an Avios redemption for one person using your voucher and you will receive a 50% discount on the Avios required“
