Barbados – health questionnaire needed?

Both Marriott and Virgin are telling me to make sure I fill in a health questionairre within 72 hours of travel.

Visit Barbados official website has no such requirement!

Who is right! Barbados presumably.

I thought airlines had aligned with updated local requirements by now but if there is still such a questionnaire you could fill it in just to be on the safe side.
