Barclaycard Upgrade Voucher – Need a barclaycard to pay ?

Hi there – to use the voucher when booking, do you need to have a barclaycard or debit card from barclays to pay for the booking ? Or will any payment method suffice ?

Any payment method. I use the BAPP for the triple avios, which you don’t get with the Barclaycard.
