Barclays Avios Rewards and the Barclaycard Avios Plus credit card

I have now received my BA cabin upgrade voucher in my BA account from the Barclaycard for spending £10k.
My Barclays Avios reward BA cabin upgrade voucher will be available at my 12 month anniversary in 8 months.

To be clear does this mean that if both are used together that I can us both vouchers, one outgoing and one upcoming?

I think you need to read the articles and threads on the BC voucher as it has multiple limitations, but in a nutshell, no, the journey has to start in the UK.

But you can use the voucher on other people so you can book a return for yourself and then use another voucher and book a return for your travel partner. The problem I think is it will be 2 separate booking so you might not sit together and if one of you have status the other person won’t benefit.
