Barclays Premier Anniversary date is showing null

My anniversary date is supposed to be 5th October (today) but it’s showing “null” instead. Is that normal?
Was hoping to receive the upgrade voucher shortly after my anniversary date… I don’t fancy jumping through hoops to get it.
My anniversary is on October 27th, and I see the same. Hopefully it just means that you have reached the anniversary month, and it will get reset next month.
However, I think the voucher/avios appear in your BA account at the start of the month that follows the anniversary date, so you would still need to wait till November.
The above is correct, all earned Avios (and vouchers) are added to BA’s Exec Account once a month on the second day.
