On 31 August I hit 12 months of the Barclays Premier Avios scheme – and the Barclays Avios app states that the 12 months “anniversary target” is complete. It also says that the upgrade voucher will be transferred to your BAEC account “within 5 working days”. The BAEC account is correctly linked and all Avios have debited correctly to the BAEC account. Does the voucher normally appear on the reward flight booking page – in the same location as the Amex 241 vouchers appear? 2 weeks later I still can’t locate the Barclays voucher anywhere on my BAEC account? Thanks.

If it’s the same as the Barclaycard voucher it will show in the “my e-vouchers” section of your account. Just be aware that if you try to make a booking then want to try different dates etc, you need to go right back to the start or the system reverts to using any 241s you have in your account. It’s a massive IT mess altogether!

I wonder if the voucher will be added at the same time as May Avios which is the end of the monthMine came about a week after 12th payment
Just a follow up…I contacted BA who said I should speak to Barclays. Barclays online chat raised a case and I got a reply some days later to say that even though I had made 12 monthly payments of £12 (taken every month from about 3rd June onwards), and the Barclays app stated the voucher had now been earnt, because my sign up to the scheme was 27 May, you also have to wait a full calendar year, and it is from this anniversary date that the voucher will be applied to the BAEC account. And sure enough the voucher is visible from today.
