Barclays Voucher

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have tried the search…………..

Had a Barclays upgrade voucher which said something like ‘this will transfer to your exec account but as yet its not there!! Any ideas as its been a month or so before I try the hell that is the BA account…………………

You may be looking for it in the wrong place. When you go to book with avios select the tab at the top that says “book and upgrade” and you will find it there.
