For the second time this year I’ve gone into BA.com to check my upcoming trips and found that one booking has vanished. It’s the return leg of a LHR-NCL-LHR trip; I wouldn’t have received any refund as the the first sector was flown (which would have been a clue), but I definitely did not get any notification from BA of cancellation of the return.
BA’s AI robot is still weeding out what look like duplicate bookings to it and summarily cancels them. I am flying NCL-LHR later the same day on a different PNR.
Now I get that whoever programmed the AI/bot thing may be a normal human that would never countenance customers flying the same sector >1 time per day, but….they do 🙂
Anyhow, all sorted after a phone chat.
