Best contact number to amend Avios reward booking.

We have an upcoming reward booking to New York via Newcastle.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I need to amend the booking so we fly out and return to London (ie cut out the Newcastle leg).

Can anyone remind me what’s the best contact number for this – it’s been ages since I’ve had to ring BA.

Appropriate status line if you have status
Normal line otherwise

If you go to “contact us” while logged in, it will show you the phone number related to your status for you to contact

If you used a 2-4-1 and opened up the additional regional availability BA may not permit this change but insist on a cancel and rebook and you’ll need to hope there are still reeard seats from LHR-JFK

Even without that it’s still a case of cancel and rebook and fingers crossed there is availabiity.
