Best lounge for Priority Pass in Terminal 4

Hi all, which lounge would you recommend in terminal 4? Travelling etihad, but business value which doesnt give lounge access. I have priority pass so which lounge would you recommend, I think there are two I could use.

I would go for the main Plaza Premium lounge rather than Blush. It’s more recently refurbished and has flight departure screens.

Or maybe a case if which one has space rather than which one you want!

Thanks. Good point on availability, doesn’t look like either has pre booking available
