Best Membership Rewards spend opportunities?

There is a lot of discussion on earning Membership Rewards Points, but are there any tips on best way to spend points? Is there a ‘best’ option or are there ‘deals’ worth waiting for. Best to spend directly or convert to somewhere else e.g. Avios? Thanks

Thanks – good article. Seems airmiles are the best value with Avios being the best for me. Now over to the BA site to see what is the best way to spend Avios 🙂
