Best value program for US transcontinental using Amex MR points?

Hi, looking to go one way NYC-LA (or San Diego) 5-6th April this year. Got 80k MR and several hundred thousand Avios. Seems there’s nothing on BA.com.

Can anyone recommend an Amex MR transfer partner which is good for these routes? I know there’s a lot of weird options us UK collectors will be less familiar with.

Delta, you can check what’s available before you transfer.

From 11.5k +$6 in econ if you can be bothered to change planes. 26K for a nonstop and from 58k+ for 1st changing in DTW.

Virgin can book you on delta from EWR to SAN/LAX for 20k but only on 4th.

I have used Amex points to Delta a number of times . Always quick to transfer .
If you have Amex platinum you also get access to Sky Clubs .
