Bonus points for BA Flights?

Anyone know if you get additional points like you do on Amex for booking with BA direct for flights?

It’s really not as good a card as the initial hype would have us believe.
For those who travel with a partner, the Amex BAPP is better by a country mile.
I’m not convinced that the paid version of this Barclaycard is significantly better for a single traveller either.

It’s marginally cheaper than the Amex and provides a voucher the single traveller can use. The earning rate is the same, albeit without the BA bonus. It can sit beyond Curve for overseas spend, Amex can’t saving 3% FX fees. It comes with 30K Avios when most here will have exhausted Amex opportunity on new card bonus. If you have a Premier account you save £5/month off the Avios card or the account fee, if Barclays ever get their act together we’ll find out which.
As a single traveller I feel it’s a lot better than the BA Amex.

Just the fact the earning rate is the same as the Amex makes it worth it for us for all our non-Amex spend. The sign up bonus of course is worth it, and after that, it’s the best non-Amex avios earn rate. So I’m not comparing it with the Amex – that is still our primary card, I’m comparing it to every other non-Amex card, and for us the value is well above the rest based on our spend and travel.
