Bonus points posting

Hi,

I applied for the Virgin Atlantic Reward+ card on the last day of the 15k + 15k (bonus) offer. The link was still active and definitely stated the offer. I’ve been past my statement period, and received the first 15k + spending points. I’ve not received my bonus 15k. I’ve contacted them numerous times, and they, on each occassion state I’m due them and they get posted separately. So my question is, how long did it take other members to get the additional 15k bonus?

I’ve fairly recently had mine. I can’t remember the precise timing, but I’m pretty sure it’s just after the statement which includes the items that get you to the target.
