For the past few days I’ve been trying with zero success to transfer MR to Bonvoy. I’ve logged in for another attempt and the option no longer appears at all on the Amex website for me?!
Can anyone corroborate this – am I being thick or is it genuinely gone?
Try a search – reported on here before to have been missed out of the hotels category but still there somewhere!
It’s not there for me either… despite being a “recommended option” in the app when I click through it says “can’t find page”…curious…

That seems fairly conclusive. Very frustrating as I have a points advance booking I need to pay for! Presumably it will come back given the size of the Amex/Marriott partnership but irritating nonetheless…
I’ve been having the same problem and need to do a transfer to make a booking.
I’ve just spoken to Amex, they said there are known “technical problems”. The agent tried to do the transfer but couldn’t and said he will investigate further and call me back.I’m also waiting for Amex/Marriott to sort this out. Very frustrating!
Ditto for me . Tried yesterday morning in Amex Business Gold and also on OH Platinum Business and no Bonvoy transfer showing
lol, just tried this morning and I only have hilton and Radisson available to transfer to…
This is back working now, I’ve transferred some points and they appeared in my Bonvoy account instantly.
