I booked a flight using the book with cash and upgrade feature. At the time they only had club world on the outbound so the return was left as PE. BA now show club reward availability but I see no ‘upgrade with avois button’.
Is that leg if the journey still technically upgradable? To me it seems like it should be as that is still a cash part of the booking and had their been availability at the time I would have upgraded both legs of the journey.

Thanks. I was afraid that might be the only way. Seems impossible to get through to them at the moment!
Does anyone know if I might be able to do the upgrade via twitter message rather than keep trying to get through on the phone?
