Booking BA 2-4-1 open jaw

I’m trying to get some value out of my BA 2-4-1 voucher.

I want to book MAD-LIM BOG-MAD-LHR but obviously you can’t do this online.

It’s also significantly cheaper to book this through Iberia than the BA website.

Does anyone know whether I’ll be able to book it as a single itinerary perhaps by phone and have the 2-4-1 voucher apply to the total Avios cost?

Has to be booked via BA, but they can do this on the phone for you. Have a look at the long thread on booking the return with the 241, there are many posts about using it on Iberia.

Thanks. It took them over an hour but can confirm this is doable over the phone.
