Went through complete booking of reward flight on Qatar flight, and this message appears after entering payment details.

We’re sorry, we are unable to proceed your request. Please contact your local British Airways office.
Was it a mixed cabin booking? I had this for one where it was C for the first leg then F for the second. Ended up going for an alternate route of C for both legs and it ticketed fine.
It was an economy avios booking. How would I know what class of booking it was?
Ah, OK. No, I was trying to book LON-DOH-BKK and was given an option where the first flight was in business class (C) and the second was in First (F).
Obviously not the same problem you have. Perhaps it’s something else in the back end – maybe BA is showing false availability which doesn’t get picked up until the payment stage?
