Booking QR flights with Avios through ba.com question

If I book QR flights (operated by QR with QR flight numbers )on BA.com in business class to BKK using my avios points will I get free seat assignment and lounge access on the QR flights ….. I understand if you book the cheapest business revenue seats on QR you don’t get lounge and seating is chargeable
Not sure what you get if using points on BA.com travelling on QR

Qatar have removed lounge access from their cheapest cash business fares. However, as of early this year, you were still allowed lounge access on a redemption ticket booked via a partner airline. I can’t see them removing this as part of a business class redemption as no other airline in OneWorld does anything similar AFAIK.

Yes but I believe the lounge accessible on these tickets is an inferior one? I’d love to know where in Doha airport is OK if you get stuck there for a few hours but want to avoid cr*p lounge. Ideally with showers
