Booking QR using Avios on BA points required increased

Beginning of this year x 2 and also last I always booked QR in business lon -bkk return using Avios via BA travelling on QR for 150k return , now no matter what off peak dates I try on ba for this year and next , min is 165k any idea when they increased or am I late to the party
