Business Card Dell credit – gift card purchase?

I’m wondering whether I can use the £50 Dell Credit on my Business Gold to buy a Dell gift card. Is this possible, and if so would it trigger the cashback?

Are you saying they sell them on the Dell site? Don’t remember seeing them in the past.

I can’t see them on the site either. Thought I might have missed something though because Amex CS said it was possible – perhaps they were wrong about this.

The US Dell site sells a range of gift cards I believe – call centre may be confused. This is how US Amex cardholders cash out. Won’t work for a UK card though.
