Has anyone used this credit recently?

The terms and conditions state that you must make the eligible spend on http://www.dell.co.uk/amex, however whenever I try and visit that link I’m automatically redirected to http://www.dell.com/en-uk instead. I’m having the same issue if I try and visit the site directly from the link on the Amex benefits page.

I’m about to purchase something I would not be buying if it wasn’t for this offer so I would be quite annoyed if the credit doesn’t post to my account because of something like this. Can anyone confirm if its OK to purchase from http://www.dell.com/en-uk ?

It has worked for me recently not going through any link and purchasing from the regular dell uk site. It also works on dell outlet but not on dell refurbished (as you can’t pay using Amex on that site).

I’ve gone through cashback sites to Dell website and get the credit without issues. There is also 10% back on AMEX offer that stack with the credit.

Just paying with Amex triggers the cash bac offer. No need for any specific link. so use links from any other offers/cashback sites to maximise your value.

I didn’t go through any link and it worked fine. Also ensure that you’re enrolled in the offer beforehand.
