Iberia apparently have a 50% bonus on Avios. It’s not making them especially cheap but I need to top up and can’t wait many months to accumulate via an Avios subscription.
They seem to have confusing rules about eligibility though, I’ve never earned any Avios via or credited anything to my Iberia account and only opened it 30th December.
How can I transfer Avios here (via BA, Qatar or Aer Lingus) so that it’ll enable me to buy Avios?
I don’t know the rules for buying nor how long the bonus is running for, but for a quick small top up consider a hotel stay, car hire, oneworld flight, Amex transfer, all which should be available immediately.
A transfer of avios does not count as a purchase/collection of avios to “activate” the account.
