I booked return flights EDI-DXB for my wife and I, but was trying to figure out where to credit the miles/points as they would likely be orphaned with Emirates in time. On the booking page drop down list I was offered Aegean Miles and Bonus, of which I am a long standing member, so this is where my request went and the booking was completed.
Having subsequently checked on Where to Credit there is no sign of a crediting link to Aegean but the two airlines do have a partnership agreement. However I couldn’t find anything about points allocation. I’m going round in circles here…
So having requested Aegean Miles and Bonus in the drop down, are my points going there or not?WTC is hopelessly out of date. This one is better https://miles.travel-dealz.com/en but bad news, no Agean for Emirates.
You can’t credit miles on Emirates flights to Aegean. The partnership simply means that you can use award miles for redemptions between the two, which is something different.
If you simply credit them to EK as Skywards miles you also have the option to convert them to Marriott points.
