Canceling a Booking

What happens to the voucher / avios / amount paid on taxes, if you cancel a booking made using the Barclaycard Upgrade Voucher. I tried searching the Forum but the system defeated me…..

You get the voucher back as long as it’s in date, plus the surcharges minus £35 pp, for long haul. If short haul you only pay £1 anyway so I think you just forfeit that, unless they actively charge the £35 cancellation fee.
