Cancellation policy on Avios flights

Hi there
I just wanted to triple check a couple of things please.

If I book any Avios flight through BA (not using a companion voucher and not necessarily on BA metal eg Qatar), are they still 100% cancelable including return of all fees minus admin charge?
If I booked the same flights with Qatar on their website having transferred miles, are these also refundable?

Can all vouchers now be used in reward flights departing outside of the U.K., or is it just certain newer ones?

1 Yes, within 24 hours of travel for a £35 per person fee

2 We are still waiting for an example of fees for Avios flights booked on qatarairways.com – different places say different things

3 Just the newer ones from 1/9/22

Think that should say – if not within 24 hours of travel? ie – no later than 24 hours before travel.

I just cabcelled a ba flight which was part payment with some avios…i have not received an automatic refund and when cancelling it did not give me the breakdown of the cost of the refund. I now have an email from BA “thank you for the application for a refund” “we are now processing your refund and will email you when it is done…” is this a bit odd as no idea how much I am getting or when I will get my avios??
