Cancelling Award Flights

Hi All

I might potentially want to cancel an award flight booked on VS points (mix of Virgin & KLM metal) and I’m wondering if I can do this for free if the flight time has changed?

It has litreally only changed by 5 minutes or something ridiculous, however does this mean I can therefore change without penalty – ie. the $30 pp charge?

Yes, afraid so, I believe the schedule change needs to be 4 hrs (or maybe it’s 2-3 hrs) to be allowed free changes, inc. cancellation. It certainly needs to be longer than a 5 min schedule change.
