Hi there !
I recently bought the Avios subscription but accidentally bought the wrong one. I bought it on 19th October and there is a 14 day cancellation window.
The problem is I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone regarding cancelling it – the only way they list is a web form I’ve submitted three times and not had a response on. I’ve tried phoning the executive club (silver) and they didn’t think they could help. I even tried seeing if my credit card could help, but no luck.
Does anyone know a different / better way of getting in touch or who I can speak to? I’m worried that unless I get it done by this coming Wednesday (2nd Nov) then it’ll be too late and they won’t let me cancel.

I’d have thought if you’ve messaged (and have some proof, hopefully), that someone will eventually get to the message and process it as being within the 14 day window.
And if not, then I’d suggest you have very good grounds for a chargeback.
