Cancelling January St Lucia reward flights

Hi guys.
Because of illness we have to cancel our St Lucia business class reward flights, made using a 2 for 1 voucher. Flying out 12 Jan and back 2 weeks later. I will ring to cancel tomorrow morning and try to post here when it is completed.
Hope this may be useful to someone on this forum if the reward flights get released.

Thats a shame but theres always next time. It seems to be a lottery if it goes back into system. £35 fee pp plus Avios and voucher is one of the perks of the game.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Agreed with @zapato1060 that it seems like a lottery as I just cancelled 2 seat HKG-LHR a couple day ago (travelling 16th Jan 2024) and when I checked over the system it never shows up, that day, the following day, etc. Hopefully it does come out and someone make good use of them.
