Cannot link Amex cards to Nectar Connect

For a couple of days now, I have been getting an error message when trying to link an Amex card to Nectar Connect. Tried to link other cards, and it works OK. There seems to be a breakdown in connecting to Amex in the first place.

Anyone else with experience of this?

There was another thread about this a couple days ago.

Not sure if anyone had any resolution.

Yes, seems there is an ongoing generic issue with connecting to Amex (other banks are okay) – see this thread https://www.headforpoints.com/forums/topic/unable-to-link-amex-on-nectar-connect/

anyone with an update let us know please, i tried to renew the connection between the 2 but it just says temporarily disabled.
