Cannot link Finnair and BA accounts

P2 is unable to link Finnair to BA to transfer Avios (for a desired move to Finnair of 30k Avios).

2FA set up on Finnair, account over 3 months old (although that should not be relevant).

The error says the accounts don’t match, please check name and date of birth. Name and date of birth match, and the name is a super simple one first and one last, no middle names, hyphenations, spaces, or accents. The email addresses do not match, but my accounts are linked and they don’t match in my case, and I did a transfer as recently as today, so I cannot imaging that’s the cause of the error.

Any suggestions other than an interminable wait for Finnair customer service to take a look?

UPDATE: Fixing up minor discrepancies in the postal address, and making the email address match, fixed it. The error message is unhelpful, and clearly the account matching logic has been tightened up since I linked mine.
