Its in my Vouchers section but if I click “Redeem” and it then takes me to the next screen but cannot select it or use it. Any ideas. Thanks.

For future reference you have to click Book and upgrade.
Yes, and start from scratch if doing more than one search or it defaults to any 241 you may have which can cause no end of inconvenience if you don’t notice!
