Can’t access saved credit cards

I’ve had to cancel my BA credit card due to fraud so have a new one, however I can’t find a way to update credit card info on the website. Tried calling and they were no help, just kept insisting there should be a link under personal info, which there wasn’t. Anyone had this issue and found a way around it? Need to do the midnight book for a very popular route in a few weeks so need every advantage to save time.

One of the many ‘features’ reported with the new website I’m afraid. The only way to save a new card seems to be while using it to make a payment.
In principle you can book a fully flexible ticket to add the new card then cancel for a full refund. Whether it’s worthwhile depends on your point of view.
