I’m trying to empty out my Virgin balance.
Can’t for the life of me find where to do it on the website.
Every link I follow seems to take me around in a loop or to a page that’s about transferring points into Virgin.
Am I losing it or has anyone else noticed this?

In short, you need to call; the current rate is 2:3 – which is not brilliant. Alternatives via other Virgin Red partners may be a better way to empty the balance.
You can use the chat on the Virgin Atlantic website.
Once in a while you’ll find someone telling you to call, but just try again and they’ll do it on the chat (just transferred this Friday).
